The strategy is to grow the investment portfolio at a substantial pace by acquiring medium size real estate companies containing quality properties in good locations.  

The focus is on selecting inner-city properties with ground floor shopping space with higher yield potential either through improving location, optimisation by refurbishment and/or imminent rental contract renewals.  For properties thus selected, the above lying attached apartments are in most cases also taken up in the portfolio.
